Turn around, wait for the firing to stop and run back to the shingle.Īs soon as the shingle is blown, your guys will get up and storm the wall, make sure you're up and moving when they are, run straight ahead and up against the gray wall in front of you. Your best bet is to run straight out to the bangalores and duck into the shell crater on the other side of the hole. As if witnessing this horrible tragedy isn't enough, the captain has more good news: he wants you to get the bangalores these guys were carrying. Run straight to the scorched area of the shingle as fast as you can, and crouch right when you get there. Now you can see the other guys who've made it to the shingle. Once the firing stops, head up and out to get to the last obstruction before the shingle. Hop into the crater on your left, and crouch in the deepest part of the crater where the enemies can't hit you. Run to the closer on and crouch behind it, then run to the other soldier's post once the firing stops. Ahead and on the right are two soldiers crouched behind two obstructions. Wait until the explosions stop and run straight ahead and a bit left to the middle of the three obstructions and jump around to the other obstruction just ahead of you to the south.
The distance to the next group of obstructions is almost too large to get through without taking at least one hit, but there's a medic who can heal you up later. First there's one right in front of your position and then two more to your left just a few seconds later. Get a feel for the timing of the artillery strikes ahead of you. Go ahead and move to the obstruction in front the medic and hang out. If you've been hit, don't worry you can get 25 health from a medic just ahead and to your right. You don't have to crouch here so stretch out if you need to. Sidestep left and run straight on and take cover just to the right behind the three-logs sticking out of the sand. Sidestep to the left and run to the next piece of cover. Stay here until the bullets have stopped coming at you, then run to the next obstruction immediately to the south. The first cover point is right in front of you when the ramp drops. Make sure you get there before the bullets find you again. Once the bullets have stopped coming (you can tell by listening for the sound, or looking for the splash or spark) you can stand and run towards the next bit of cover. Since the enemy can't hit you, he'll soon switch to another target. You can crouch on the south side of any of the beach obstructions and be safe from enemy fire.
